Bake cod tails at 400 degrees for approx. 20 minutes, until moist and flakey.
SAUCE
Melt butter over low heat. Blend in Karlsburger Hollandaise Sauce Mix Add milk and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add Picante sauce. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve 4 ounces of Mexican Hollandaise over cod tails.
